Essential Duties include the following but are not limited to :

Accounts Receivable Schedules and Collections

Manages F&I & aftermarket vendor payment schedules

Tracks General Motors eCommerce sales and reconciles payments / discounts

Log vehicle Inventory into Accounting

Cost Accounting for Vehicle Sales

Deposit and Bank Reconcilliation

Cashiering

Title tracking

Dealer Trade (Vehicle wholesaling) Accounting

Any other tasks deemed necessary by the Controller or Owner / CEO

Qualifications

2 Years General Accounting / Bookkeeping Experience - (General Motors Dealer Accounting Preferred)
