Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the collection and assembly of materials for proposals and SOQs; prepare proposal materials by writing drafts of the project organization, related experience, and qualifications sections.
- Prepare and maintain marketing materials including qualifications, project sheets, resumes, business certificates, and company promotional presentations.
- Prepare company presentations and other material for client interviews.
- Update and maintain client and project database in company CRM.
- Track and research project opportunities and take part in go / no-go decisions.
