Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Manage emails, phone calls, and scheduling
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and document preparation
- Coordinate with drivers and contractors on trip paperwork and compliance
- Support HR functions including onboarding and contractor documentation
- Prepare reports, data entry, and track performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role (transport industry experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- High school diploma required; additional certification is a plus
