Job Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Attorney with a focus on Construction, Real Estate, and Homeowners Association (HOA) law. You will represent clients in complex litigation matters, including construction defect disputes, contract negotiations, real estate development conflicts, and HOA governance and compliance issues. Your role will involve advising clients on risk management, navigating regulatory frameworks, and delivering strategic legal solutions to achieve client objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Construction Law : Handle construction defect claims, contract disputes, lien enforcement, and compliance with construction regulations.
- Real Estate Law : Litigate matters related to property transactions, zoning disputes, lease agreements, and title issues.
- HOA Law : Represent HOAs and property owners in governance disputes, covenant enforcement, and regulatory compliance matters.
- Client Advisory : Provide strategic counsel on risk management and legal implications affecting construction projects, real estate investments, and HOA operations.
- Litigation Management : Lead all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, trials, and appeals.
