Job Responsibilities
- Calling clients that requested their benefits
- Setting appointments with clients to review their benefits with them
- Reviewing benefits virtually through zoom with the client
- Enrolling clients in their benefits
- Completing the report card with each client once benefits overview is complete
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, ensuring clear and effective client interactions
- Possess basic computer knowledge, allowing for seamless virtual engagement
