Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Calling clients that requested their benefits
• Setting appointments with clients to review their benefits with them
• Reviewing benefits virtually through Zoom with the client
• Enrolling clients in their benefits
• Completing the report card with each client once the benefits overview is complete
