As a Benefits Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with benefits inquiries provided by the company to identify and assess client needs
- Present our products/services to prospective clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing business
- Achieve or exceed monthly targets and contribute to team success
- Collaborate with the team and management to refine strategies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
