Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contacting clients who have inquired about their benefits
- Scheduling appointments with clients to discuss their benefits in detail
- Conducting virtual benefit reviews with clients via Zoom
- Facilitating the enrollment process for clients regarding their benefits
- Finalizing a report card for each client upon the completion of the benefits overview
