Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Contacting clients who have inquired about their benefits
• Scheduling appointments with clients to discuss their benefits in detail
• Conducting virtual benefit reviews with clients via Zoom
• Facilitating the enrollment process for clients regarding their benefits
• Finalizing a report card for each client upon the completion of the benefits overview
