Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Back of House Team Member to join our team. As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in supporting and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, cooking, and assembling dishes
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with receiving and storing food supplies
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely service
