We are seeking dedicated Crew or Crew to Shift Leader to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff members. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver high-quality food preparation and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Manage cash handling processes, including operating POS systems and cash registers accurately.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Collaborate with above store management to implement operational improvements and enhance overall efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry not required.
- Strong background in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in training or supervising staff.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling is essential.
