What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager (PIC) position at Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches?
Now is your opportunity to join our company of awesome managers! As we are now hiring for our Shields location we now have five total stores in the Mid-Michigan area; one of which being a certified training store! As a company, we are looking to expand and make our team even stronger in the process! We are accepting applications for full-time Assistant Managers as well as part-time PIC's. The position of Assistant Manager is a salary position that is eligible for bonuses. Starting base salary is $34,000-$35,000 plus bonus and dependent on experience. PIC positions will be hourly ranging from $12-$15 based on experience. Opportunity for advancement is always a possibility down the road as well. Successful applicants will enjoy working in a clean, fast-paced environment and should take pride in their work.
Certified managers are preferred but any JJ experience is appreciated!

Managers will work with the General Manager to oversee in-store operations and back of the house duties. Managers are expected to lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity!
Person in charge responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Completing opening and closing procedures
- Managing Brand standards
- Following and executing Jimmy Johns operations
- Managing busy rushes
Requirements, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours a week
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store
- Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
- Willing and able to work nights and weekends
