Position Overview
As the General Manager, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant's service, overseeing the service staff, managing customer interactions, and working closely with other managers to maintain exceptional service standards. Providing a red carpet treatment for our customers and upholding the Jimmy John's quality standards are the highest priorities for you. Just don't forget to have fun while doing it!

Compensation and Benefits Package

Job Requirements
Must be 18 and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check
Must have at 1 year of experience running a team, preferably in fast-paced environment in the food industry
Must be dependable
Must be coachable and have the patience to coach others.
Must have experience in dealing with customer and employee issues
Must be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing
Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
