Job Description
Manages all functions of Jimmy John's restaurant to ensure customer service and high quality products are delivered to ensure restaurant profitability. Responsible for the successful execution of fast, accurate, sandwiches and world-class customer service while maintaining a clean, organized shift.
Duties
- Manages a staff of approximately 8 employees. Assigns, oversees and evaluates work.
- Manage hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining and termination of employees.
- Provides on the job training for new employees.
- Delelgates and is responsible for ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning and paper supplies for the unit to ensure a minimum loss from waste or theft.
- Ensures that all customers receive world class service.

- Receives and stores products.
- Responsible for 100% of the cash drawers at all time during the shift.

Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
- Ability to handle and resolve customer issues

- Ability to handle stress and high volume operations.
- Willing to work overtime, holidays, weekends as business dictates.
