Job Summary
We are seeking a Night Manager to oversee our operations during evening shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Duties
- Supervise night shift operations, including food production and team management.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth food preparation and service.
- Utilize POS system for order processing and tracking.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team to maintain high standards of service.
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness and adherence to safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant management, particularly in a night manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in food production, and team leadership.
- Familiarity with POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
