Sandwich Artist/Cashier

Duties

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
• Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions.
• Assist with inventory management by restocking ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Upsell additional menu items to enhance the customer experience.

Skills

• Previous experience in a restaurant or grocery store setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Experience with cash registers or POS systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced atmosphere.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
