Store Manager

Assistant Managers

Assistant Managers help oversee the day-to-day operations of a Jimmy John's restaurant with a positive rock star go-getter attitude, leading by example by executing systems and procedures with 100% integrity in a fast paced environment. Huge potential to advance as the company grows.

General Managers

General Managers oversee the day-to-day operations of a Jimmy John's restaurant, it's employees and Assistant managers. Leading by example and executing systems and procedures with 100% integrity in a fast paced environment. Responsible for scheduling, conducting interviews, and controlling food and labor costs. Potential to advance as the company grows.

Duties include:

· Ensuring all systems and procedures are followed and maintained 100% at all times

· Making and preparing all food for the day by following our recipes exactly, including baking bread, prepping vegetables and slicing meats.

· Managing staff of up to 10 people during your shift

· Managing and controlling labor and cost of goods sold

· Estimating sales forecasts

· Making sure the store is staffed appropriately to ensure outstanding customer service

· Training and coaching employees

· Assist with the day to day operations of the store by making sandwiches, answering the phones, taking orders, running the register, collecting and handling cash. Always making sure the customer is taken care of first.

· Completes opening and closing procedures with 100% integrity

· Completes all paperwork required to keep track of sales, labor, comps, forecasts, etc.

· Performs other duties as necessary

Assistant management salary starts at $13 per hour*

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• ServSafe Certified preferred

• Ability to work a 40-50 hour work week
• Prior restaurant management experience
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work on your feet for most of your shift
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs.
• Drivers License and Car-preferred

Availability: MUST be available to work any shift, any day of the week (Monday-Sunday).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
