Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 2 to 5 employees per shift
- Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating staff
- Oversee food preparation, sales, and service operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure efficiency during rush periods
- Complete daily food preparation and store maintenance tasks
