Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver orders to customers in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service at all times with a friendly and professional attitude
- Review orders for accuracy before leaving the store
- Handle cash and card transactions when needed, and return correct change to customers
- Navigate delivery routes using GPS or knowledge of the local area
- Assist with in-shop tasks during downtime, including food prep, cleaning, and stocking supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle and ensure vehicle is properly fueled
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies while on delivery
- Communicate with management and in-shop team about order status or any delivery issues
- Represent the Jimmy John’s brand with a clean appearance and positive demeanor
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and valid up to date insurance.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.30 - $20.17 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
