Calling all Go-Getters.
As a General Manager, you will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations. While managing food and labor costs, you will recruit, hire, and train team members helping them understand what success looks like. In other words : let’s do whatever it takes to make kick-ass sandwiches for our customers.
To qualify for this rockstar opportunity, you are eligible to work in the U.S. and meet the age requirements and experience outlined within the application.
This position requires the completion of a 3-week training course at a training store located outside of North Carolina. Training will be scheduled for the end of February and March. Typical schedule will require flying out of Charlotte on Sunday afternoon and returning Friday evening. Travel expenses will be paid for, along with a daily food allowance.

Job purpose
To manage the location with integrity, honesty, and professionalism and to meet all performance goals set by the Franchisee. Have a sense of urgency to complete daily tasks with accuracy and maintain staffing within defined performance standards.

Working conditions
Must be able to work in a moderately loud and fast-moving environment. Jimmy John’s stores play music at a moderate level all day. Must be able to avoid distraction and apply safety best practices while using slicer, knives, and oven.
Physical requirements
Must be able to stand for the length of shift. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Must be able to climb a ladder if needed.
