Summary: MITs play a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. MITs must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity.
Hourly earnings start at $14.5/hour plus TIPS, which in average total pay comes out to $16/hour or more!!
**You will get a raise once you complete MIT the training and you meet expectations**
Qualifications
- Must have open availability (lunch, dinner and weekends availability)
- Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and/or overtime as business dictates
- Must be able to take deliveries as needed
- Must have at least 1 year of management experience
- Must be reliable and flexible to work in a fast-paced work environment
Duties and Responsibilities
- Makes fast, accurate and consistent sandwiches
- Ensures that every customer receives world-class customer service while maintaining a clean, organized shift.
- Provides on-the-job training for all employees.
- Complies with all portion sizes, recipes, systems, and procedures
- Completes daily meat slicing
- Greets customers, takes orders, operates cash register, takes telephone orders and completes delivery tickets
- Fills out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity
- Maintains professional appearance at all times in compliance with the dress code
- Displays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
- Ability to handle fast-paced, high stress and high-volume operations
