Job Overview
The Person in Charge (PIC) plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store during their shift. This position is responsible for overseeing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The PIC will also assist in training new employees and managing daily operations to create a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead team members during shifts, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and reconciliation.
• Assist in employee orientation and training development to enhance team performance.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock management.
• Oversee the operation of the Point of Sale (POS) system to ensure efficient processing of transactions.
• Conduct administrative tasks as required, including payroll management and scheduling.
• Implement retail math principles to manage pricing, discounts, and promotions effectively.
• Address any customer inquiries or issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail or fast casual environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for customers.
• Proficiency in math skills for accurate cash handling and retail calculations.
• Experience with training development to effectively onboard new employees.
• Familiarity with POS systems and administrative tasks related to store operations.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating leadership qualities.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both customers and staff.
