Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches and other menu items efficiently while adhering to company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions they may have.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, including surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for order totals.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations to guarantee the quality of all products served.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and understanding retail math concepts.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
