Project Manager

Jimmy Pittman Electrical is seeking a Project Manager to work in our home office in Clewiston, FL. The Project Manager will work directly with the Senior Project Manager to manage commercial electrical construction projects. Unlimited growth potential. Requirements include:

· Minimum of 4 years field experience in commercial electrical construction

· Minimum of 2 years Project Management experience preferred

· Must have valid driver’s license

· Must provide own transportation

· Must be dependable with a good work ethic

· Must be organized and detail oriented

· Must have High School diploma or GED

· Carded Journeyman or Master a plus, but not required

· Must be proficient in basic Microsoft Office programs; Word and Excel

· Must be able to pass drug test and criminal background check

· Bilingual- English/Spanish a plus, but not required, must speak English

Job duties to include, but not limited to:

· Coordinate and manage awarded projects as required and provide weekly reports to track progress in relation to job schedules and budgets

· Ensure projects are installed per all plans and specifications

· Ensure all safety precautions and policies are adhered to at each job site

· Review vendor quotations for accuracy and negociate final pricing for vendor buy out

· Schedule labor, rental equipment and material procurement to ensure proper sequence and pacing with the job schedule

· Provide take off counts and information for change orders or additional work and/or jobs

· Process change orders and/or estimates accurately and on time for additional and/or new work

· Attend all required job site and progress meetings with contractors, engineers, inspectors, owners and customers

**All above duties will be performed and monitored in conjunction with the Senior Project Manager.

Compensation is competitive, negotiable and based on experience, $40K to $75K plus/annually.
