Service/Parts Assistant
Jimmy’s Marine is a certified Sales, Service and Warranty Center for Mercury, Honda, Yamaha, Volvo Penta, Mercruiser/Crusader, Kohler, Suzuki and many more!!! Located in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina we are currently seeking a Parts/Service Assistant. If you have Customer Service, we would love to hear from YOU! Our Service/Parts department shows a high level of skill and technical competency, while providing our Customers with excellent service. The right candidate MUST be organized, work quickly, be able to multitask and follow through to complete daily tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Greet Customers
· Answer Phones
· Fill out Work Orders for Customers as complete as possible (the more details the better)
· Pull parts needed to complete Work Orders
· Advise Customers on service(s) needed
· Treat Customers in a friendly and professional manner
· Receive/Check in Parts Orders and put in appropriate place
· Look up parts for customers as well as Technicians
· Assist in keeping Technicians working effectively
Knowledge:
(5) years minimum of customer service experience
Marine experience is helpful, but willing to train the right candidate
Must have excellent time management skills to be able to complete all task/responsibilities by the end of the day while staying organized
Must be dependable and have reliable transportation
Must be motivated and willing to work as a team
Friendly and positive attitude
Ability to lift 40 lbs
Willingness to learn
