ROLE SUMMARY
Jimmy's Pizza is looking for a Manager to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant. The Manager will supervise the management team and supervise the work of all restaurant staff. The Manager will be responsible for developing and communicating restaurant policies and procedures and ensuring that all staff are following these policies. The Manager will also be responsible for opening and closing the restaurant, as well as maintaining a clean restaurant during busy hours and preparing food to serve customers.
JOB DUTIES
- Oversee Jimmy's Pizza's management team and all employees.
- Develop and enforce all Jimmy's Pizza's policies and procedures.
- Oversee opening and closing of the restaurant.
- Ensure that all employees are following proper food safety practices.
- Prepare opening and closing menus.
- Prepare closing orders for kitchen staff.
- Ensure that all cash and credit card transactions are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all employees are following health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Prepare closing reports for kitchen staff.
- Ensure that all bills are paid accurately and on time.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your manager or supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory role in a high-volume environment, preferably in the food service industry or related field such as management, sales, food preparation, etc.
- Previous experience with high volume operations preferred.
- Strong leadership qualities; highly motivated, strong attention to detail, able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills; must be able to effectively communicate with management, staff, customers, etc. at all levels of the organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
