Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Utilize POS system for efficient order processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Implement best practices for food safety and sanitation throughout the facility.
- Lead by example, demonstrating effective teamwork and communication skills.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Familiarity with Revel POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- A background in cooking or food preparation can enhance understanding of kitchen operations.
