Job Description:
We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to support core business and new business acquisition globally. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing sales and account management processes, systems, and reports for key OEMs.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of business development.
- Manage business activities through Weekly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other cadenced and ad-hoc reporting.
- Anticipate and strategize potential challenges with key accounts, demonstrating strong technical negotiation skills.
- Act as an internal consultant with business partners in sales and acquisition activities, communicating findings to make data analysis actionable.
Requirements:
- Related college degree
- 5 years in Sales Operations or similar functions supporting mid-to-large scale multi-geographical Sales or Business Development Organizations
- New business acquisition experience
- Demonstrated ability to define, refine, and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a track record of presenting to senior management
