Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and bilingual (English & Spanish) Loan Officer Assistant to support our Loan Officer in growing their business and managing daily tasks. This role involves client communication, loan processing support, and relationship-building with realtors and referral partners to ensure a smooth mortgage experience.
Compensation:$50,000
Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
- Client & Realtor Communication: Make outbound calls to realtors, referral partners, and clients to build relationships and follow up on leads.
- Loan Processing Support: Assist with gathering and reviewing loan documents, ensuring accuracy before submission.
- Pipeline Management: Track loan applications, follow up with clients and provide status updates.
- Administrative Assistance: Manage the Loan Officer’s schedule, emails, and client communication.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure loan files meet company and regulatory guidelines.
- Customer Service: Serve as a key point of contact, addressing client inquiries and guiding them through the loan process.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
- Experience in mortgage lending, banking, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan processing software (a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
