We are seeking a proactive and bilingual (English & Spanish) Loan Officer Assistant to support our Loan Officer in growing their business and managing daily tasks. This role involves client communication, loan processing support, and relationship-building with realtors and referral partners to ensure a smooth mortgage experience.
Compensation : 50,000
Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities :
- Client & Realtor Communication : Make outbound calls to realtors, referral partners, and clients to build relationships and follow up on leads.
- Loan Processing Support : Assist with gathering and reviewing loan documents, ensuring accuracy before submission.
- Pipeline Management : Track loan applications, follow up with clients and provide status updates.
- Administrative Assistance : Manage the Loan Officer’s schedule, emails, and client communication.
- Compliance & Documentation : Ensure loan files meet company and regulatory guidelines.
- Customer Service : Serve as a key point of contact, addressing client inquiries and guiding them through the loan process.
