Full Business and Marketing Support
Jing Well CCM handles all aspects of the business. We are committed to creating a supportive business model where you can focus on what you love: providing excellent patient care.
You will not need to market yourself to fill your schedule. Based on our dedicated patient base and word-of-mouth referrals, we are currently booked to capacity with a waiting list. There are patients booked and ready for our new practitioner. As soon as we have a practitioner on staff to receive the influx of new patients, we will initiate plans for additional marketing, media, and community education projects. We are excited to expand our capacity to bring this amazing medicine to as many people as possible and to position Jing Well as a thriving clinic with multiple approaches to community care.
Full Administrative Support
We provide full administrative support. We have fully trained office staff to manage and perform all front desk duties, including scheduling, billing, check-in, room prep, supply orders and filling herbal prescriptions. We provide all equipment and supplies. We are committed to maintaining a supportive and harmonious environment so our staff may enjoy a sustainable and meaningful quality of life.
Prescott Arizona
Prescott is the hub of a flourishing, rapidly growing quad-city area, with a current population of 200,000. We are a two-hour commute from the Phoenix metro area and access to big city amenities and an international airport. Nestled among the forests and granite formations of the Arizona high desert, Prescott has a mild four season climate in a beautiful landscape with opportunities for hiking, biking, boating and other outdoor activities. There is a thriving arts community, frequent music and cultural events on the town square, two colleges, and an expanding population of residents who are eager for alternatives to industrialized medical care.
Schedule
Starting schedule is part-time, with the opportunity for you to determine your desired schedule and patient load. We run two 6-hour shifts a day, 8:00 am - 2:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with a total of 10 -12 patients per shift, closed Sundays. Our ideal candidate will be happy to work some afternoon/evening and Saturday shifts. We have a monthly mandatory staff meeting.
Requirements
- Graduate of fully accredited acupuncture college:
DOM, MSOM or equivalent advanced degree
- NCCAOM certified Diplomate of Oriental Medicine
- Licensed or willing to become licensed in State of Arizona
- Current professional liability insurance policy
- Legally able to work in the United States
Competencies
- Acupuncture: diagnostics, treatment plans, administering treatments
- Chinese herbal medicine: diagnostics, formulating customized herbal prescriptions
- Consultation: diagnostic interviewing, lifestyle counseling and patient education
- Tongue and pulse diagnostics
- Additional therapies: moxa, cupping, guasha, e-stim, ear seeds, etc
- HIPAA compliant record-keeping: charting, notes, recommendations
Special Interests (helpful but not required)
- Psychospiritual treatment approaches:
8-extras, Sun Si Miao ghost protocols, divergent treatments, etc
- Root and Branches:
Basic TCM, 5E or Japanese Root Treatments combined with Tung, Tan, auricular, scalp, hand, etc
- Other specialties welcome:
Fertility, cosmetic, sports medicine, etc
Compensation
$40/hour to start. Pay will include quarterly performance bonuses after your first year.
As a Licensed Acupuncturist at Jing Well, you will be a W2 employee, not a 1099 contractor. All of your employment taxes will be paid by us. CEU’s, license renewal, liability insurance, health insurance, and PTO are negotiable in the future for the right employee.
