Account Manager – Client Relations & Customer Service
Location: Fontana, Cali
About the Role:
JDL is seeking an Account Manager to oversee client relationships and ensure seamless customer service for our 3PL operations. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and working closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison between clients and warehouse operations, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
- Manage day-to-day client interactions, responding to inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Monitor and analyze service performance, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
- Work with internal teams (operations, logistics, customer service) to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
- Support contract management, pricing discussions, and service agreements.
- Provide regular reports and updates to clients on inventory, shipments, and service metrics.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or client relations within a 3PL, logistics, or warehouse environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience working with WMS, OMS, or ERP systems is a plus.
- Bilingual in English & Chinese is preferred but not required.
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
