Position Overview
We are seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead and optimize our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent to support our rapidly growing logistics operations. This role will oversee a team of recruiters, develop recruitment strategies, and collaborate with business leaders to meet hiring goals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the recruiting team, setting clear performance goals and fostering a high-performing, results-driven culture.
- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans, aligning recruitment efforts with business needs and growth objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR leadership to understand hiring priorities and workforce planning.
- Optimize and refine recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, ensuring best practices in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, leveraging various sourcing strategies, including job boards, networking, and partnerships.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and report hiring performance to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company hiring policies, mitigating risks related to recruitment.
- Champion JD Logistics' employer brand, positioning the company as a top employer within the logistics and e-commerce sectors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or HR certification preferred).
- 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing a recruiting team.
- Proven track record in high-volume hiring, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce industries.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing techniques, and ATS systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and recruitment trends to drive hiring efficiency.
- Fluency in English required; Mandarin is a plus.
