We are looking for a world-class Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead Revenue, Finance, Analytics, and Strategy, shaping our monetization strategy while ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Monetization Strategy
- Architect & execute Jingo’s monetization strategy – balancing transaction fees, AI-driven pricing, and partnerships.
- Develop dynamic revenue models that maximize LTV, optimize margins, and ensure high-converting shopping experiences.
- Own CAC vs. LTV analysis, ensuring acquisition strategies are capital-efficient.
- Build and scale AI-powered pricing models that adapt to real-time shopping behavior and intent signals.
Finance & Business Operations
Lead financial planning & forecasting, working directly with the CEO & leadership team.Ensure Jingo’s financial model scales sustainably, balancing growth with operational efficiency.Oversee revenue performance analytics, identifying key levers for profitability and expansion.Optimize cost structures and margin profiles across Jingo’s eCommerce marketplace.Work with Data Science & Product teams to develop AI-powered pricing, personalized deals, and predictive revenue models.Refine customer segmentation & cohort behavior analysis to improve retention and monetization.Use analytics to guide strategy, ensuring every decision is backed by data and impact-driven.Optimize demand forecasting & inventory planning based on behavioral shopping signals.Develop long-term strategic frameworks for Jingo’s growth and positioning in the market.Partnerships & Growth Enablement
Work with our Chief Business Officer to build strategic partnerships with brands & sellers, ensuring Jingo provides a competitive alternative to Amazon & TikTok.Develop Jingo’s performance-based revenue models, optimizing for both brands and end customers.Oversee influencer commerce & creator-driven acquisition strategies that tie into Jingo’s AI-native shopping experience.Implement financial infrastructure for seamless transactions, including payment processing, loyalty programs, and cashback incentives.Minimum Qualifications
Proven track record as a CRO, VP Revenue, Head of Finance, Head of Analytics, Head of Strategy, or Founder in a high-growth marketplace, SaaS, or eCommerce company.Strong experience in revenue strategy, finance, and performance analytics.Deep understanding of AI-driven pricing models, eCommerce unit economics, and marketplace monetization.Comfortable in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment where decisions are driven by data.Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to shape AI-powered revenue systems.Obsessive about revenue efficiency, customer insights, and financial scalability.Bonus Qualifications
Experience leading analytics & revenue operations at a marketplace like Amazon, Walmart, or TikTok.Background in dynamic pricing, customer segmentation, and revenue forecasting.Founder experience in a high-growth startup, demonstrating ability to operate with extreme ownership, adaptability, and execution speed.Strong understanding of AI-powered personalization and its impact on revenue growth.Why Join Jingo?
