We are looking for a Principal Machine Learning Engineer to push the boundaries of real-time personalization, deep shopping intent modeling, and agentic AI-driven commerce.

You’ll build real-time, AI-driven shopping assistants, optimizing discovery, pricing, and customer experience through advanced ML models.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Powered Personalization & Intent Modeling

Build and optimize real-time personalization engines that adapt dynamically to user preferences.
Develop deep intent understanding models that predict what users want before they even search.
Enhance Jingo’s Customer Graph & Product Graph models for better product matching and discovery.
Implement multi-modal AI systems that leverage text, images, and behavioral data for a holistic user experience.

Machine Learning Infrastructure & Deployment

Design, train, and deploy large-scale deep learning models for recommendations, search elimination, and demand forecasting.

Build real-time inference pipelines that power Jingo’s AI-native shopping assistant.

Develop dynamic pricing and incentive optimization models to maximize engagement and LTV.

Optimize for low-latency, high-accuracy recommendations using reinforcement learning and deep retrieval models.

MLOps & Scalable AI Systems

Architect end-to-end ML pipelines for training, experimentation, and continuous deployment.

Improve model efficiency through quantization, distillation, and distributed training.

Implement self-learning AI systems that continuously improve based on user engagement.

Work with Data Engineers to ensure seamless data flow for feature engineering, model training, and inference.

Collaboration & Research

Work cross-functionally with Research, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to deliver breakthrough AI-powered experiences.

Explore new frontiers in AI for commerce – from graph neural networks to large multimodal models.

Contribute to research publications and patents in AI-driven commerce.

Stay ahead of the curve with advancements in deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.

Ideal Candidate Profile

8 years of experience in Machine Learning, AI, or a related field.

Proven ability to take cutting-edge ML research into production at scale.

Strong expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).

Experience with real-time inference, ranking models, and recommender systems.

Proficiency in cloud platforms (GCP, Vertex AI)

Experience with large-scale ML architectures, GPU acceleration, and distributed training.

Comfortable working in a fast-moving, execution-heavy startup environment.

Bonus

Experience in eCommerce AI, recommendation engines, or dynamic pricing models.

Expertise in graph neural networks, reinforcement learning, and transformer models.

Background in multi-modal AI (NLP Vision) for understanding user intent.

Prior experience in MLOps and scalable AI architectures.
