Job Description: Warehouse Supervisor
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing the end-to-end flow of materials, including inbound and outbound logistics, onsite storage, and third-party logistics (3PL) and warehouse operations. This role ensures efficient material movement, inventory accuracy (WMS-SAP), and alignment with production and business objectives.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Inbound and Outbound Logistics:
- Manage the receipt, inspection, and delivery of inbound materials and ensure timely, accurate outbound shipments.
- Monitor and optimize material flow processes to meet operational KPIs such as delivery accuracy, cost efficiency, and turnaround time.
- Coordinate on site trucking schedule with logistics team to ensure smooth yard management.
- Proper management of all movement documentations and digitalization.

Onsite Storage Management:
- Oversee storage operations and coordinate forklift/clerk team, ensuring safety, compliance, and optimal space utilization.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain data accuracy.
- Implement 5S safety and hygiene management to maintain a well-organized and safe working environment.

3PL and Warehouse Coordination:
- Collaborate with 3PL vendors and warehouse teams to ensure seamless transportation and storage solutions.
- Evaluate vendor performance, resolve issues, and implement process improvements.
- 3PL business transaction documentations to support purchasing and finance on invoice verification.

Collaboration and Process Optimization:
- Work closely with production, logistics, and procurement teams to align material availability with production schedules.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve inventory management.
- Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in warehouse operations.

Team Leadership and Reporting:
- Supervise and train materials handling staff to maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy.
- Prepare and present reports on materials flow, storage optimization, and logistics performance to management.
- Monitor and optimize material flow processes to meet operational KPIs such as delivery accuracy, cost efficiency, and turnaround time.

- Ensure all materials handling and storage activities comply with company policies and safety regulations.
KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in inventory/WMS systems, Excel, and materials flow processes. Forklift certified, basic data analytics.
- Attributes: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, stress/time management
- Physical Requirement: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
