Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our organization s technology strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience in IT management, cybersecurity, systems integration, and infrastructure development. As a visionary technology leader, you will oversee strategic IT operations, manage cross-functional teams, and implement innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement in security, performance, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Leadership: Develop and execute long-term IT strategies, aligning them with organizational goals to foster innovation and growth.
• Cybersecurity Management: Lead comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, portfolio campaigns, and long-term risk management initiatives.
• IT Infrastructure: Oversee the design, deployment, and management of hardware, software, networks, and IT systems, ensuring robust operations and security compliance.
• Project Management: Direct large-scale IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. Oversee risk assessments and the creation of contingency strategies.
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional development.
• Client and Vendor Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and strategic partners across public and private sectors.
• Innovation and Integration: Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge IT solutions and systems, driving process improvement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or equivalent. Advanced certifications preferred.
• Experience:
  • Over 20 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, including CTO or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated success in cybersecurity strategy, systems integration, and managing IT infrastructures.
  • Proven expertise in project management, strategic planning, and team development.
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Security , and other relevant credentials.
