Job Description : JIRACOR is looking for a Logistics Specialist at the PMO (Orlando, FL) to support our prime contractor. This individual will assist the Lead Logistician with compiling and overseeing monthly outputs and reporting for 12 locations, ensuring smooth operations and accurate record-keeping, assist and QC in receiving documents and asset data loaders for spare parts from sites, ensuring records are kept up-to-date and accurate, assist with the verification of joint and cyclic inventories, ensuring the accuracy of part, serial numbers and physical serviceability, Assist with transfer orders, and provide technical support for MIS systems (PIEE, Maximo, Logistics, INSITE). Will be responsible for overseeing and accuracy of all items identified as equipment and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) have appropriate barcodes during physical inventories processes, assist with regular updates to government furnished property documentation and work closely with site logisticians to review and recommend property documentation changes and recommend actions for Plant Clearance Automated Reutilization Screening System (PCARSS) and manage the disposition of GFE / GFM.
Responsibilities :
