Summary
As a Fence Installer at JIT Landscaping, Inc., you will play an essential role in enhancing our clients' outdoor living spaces through the installation of high-quality fencing. This position is vital to our mission of delivering exceptional service and craftsmanship while contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Install various types of fences according to project specifications and client preferences commercial and residential.
- Prepare job sites by clearing obstacles and ensuring proper measurements are taken.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress and address any concerns.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Assist in project scheduling and coordination with other landscaping services as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fence installation or related construction work.
- Strong skills in building and construction site management.
- Ability to read blueprints and project plans effectively.
- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and teamwork.
- Basic knowledge of budgeting for projects is beneficial but not required.
- Experience with construction management software is advantageous but not mandatory.
