JIT Manufacturing, a leading precision metal fabrication company, is looking for a CNC Laser Operator to join our growing team! Whether you're an experienced operator or mechanically inclined and eager to learn, we encourage you to apply.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate state-of-the-art CNC laser machines to cut metal components
- Set up machines, adjust parameters, and ensure precise cutting per specifications
- Inspect finished parts to maintain top-quality standards
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance
- Work with a tight-knit team to meet production goals
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
What We’re Looking For:
- CNC laser experience is a plus but not required – we’ll train the right candidate!
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (or willingness to learn)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic math & measurement skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects & stand for extended periods
- Positive team player with a strong work ethic

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Full-time)
Part-time position available! Work at least 4 hours/day between 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
