JIT Manufacturing, a leading precision metal fabricator, is looking for an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our 2nd shift team. This role is essential in shaping and bending sheet metal components with precision to meet customer specifications.

What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate Amada Press Brakes and other machinery to bend and shape sheet metal.
- Select and install the correct tooling for each job.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate production.
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of press brake machines.
- Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Work as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 years of press brake operation experience (Amada experience preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of press brake setups and programming is required.
- Strong ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Solid math and measurement skills.
- Understanding of different metals and their properties.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
