Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment to shape, polish and finish sheet metal products.
- Perform passivation of stainless steel components to meet customer specifications.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance of finishing equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sheet metal or fiberglass finishing. Passivation process experience is a strong plus.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Strong mathematical and measurement skills.
- Knowledge of metal types and their properties.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem solving abilities, and commitment to quality.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Hours: M-F 7:00 am- 3:30 pm.
Job Type: Full-time
