Shipping and Receiving Clerk / Forklift Operator
Location: Elmhurst, IL
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Type: Temp to Hire
Salary: $18.00 (Once converted to the client - pay rate increases to $19.00)
Requirements: Resume / Interview / Background Check / Authorized to work in the U.S.

Our client is a freight forwarding and fulfillment logistics company and will be adding a team member to their staff.
Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Shipping/Receiving Clerk/Forklift Operator. The ideal candidate would be a team player, dependable, and previously forklift certified.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multiple function work including 50% of time on a sit down forklift, stand up forklift, pallet jack..
- Receiving inbound shipments from trucks & loading outbound shipments on trucks.
- Documenting incoming damaged goods and processing returns
- Recording pieces using weight and DIMS details for import, export and domestic shipments.
- Ability to accurately record data manually and electronically, computer skills
Qualifications:
- Must be able to legally work for any employer and able to pass a TSA Security Threat Assessment (STA)
- Forklift certified preferred.
- Dependable, team player, willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
