What are the responsibilities and job description for the Overnight, Weekend Van Driver position at Jiten Hotel Management Inc?
Our Holiday Inn Express Boston (South Bay) property is hiring for an overnight driver for Saturdays and Sundays.
Van Drivers must provide a clean and safe transportation to and from the hotel and the guest destination on a regular basis. Offering information regarding the hotel and to provide assistance to the guest as needed; as well as maintaining high standard of service and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
- Before departure, ensure that all luggage is on board for all passengers. Only the driver should load/unload luggage from the vehicle.
- Transport guests to and from the hotel and their destination, requesting specific information on each passenger’s destination.
- Upon arrival at the hotel, refer passengers to the front desk for registration as you unload the luggage. Bring luggage into the lobby.
- Maintain vehicle mileage log at the beginning and end of each trip indication mileage, time, name and date.
- Ensure vehicle has at least ½ tank of gasoline at all times.
- Ensure prompt pick-up and delivery of guests.
- Ensure the vans are clean and in good running condition.
