What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kids BJJ Assistant Instructor (Blue Belt +) position at Jiu Jitsu?
Seeking a motivated and savvy minimum Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) for our Kids Program. Our ideal candidate will have experience in personal and group training, demonstrating ability to establish and manage training standards, attend and promote club at events, and interact with parents and other staff.

Required Skills
- Provide physical training and coaching to member clients, encouraging and supporting their personal physical development goals
- Demonstrate the value of private coaching by creating an outstanding experience for new and existing clients.
- Plan and conduct group training courses in line with our standards and curriculum
- Attend community events to promote and market club events
- Assist management on occasionally on operations and event planning
- Open and closing school protocols, including light cleaning.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of BJJ training
- Experience in personal and group training
- Experience in motivating, mentoring, and supporting clients
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in written format
- Fluent in English

Mondays thru Thursday 3pm- 6pm & Saturday - 10am-12pm
