Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage all aspects of sales, operations, and supervision of multiple branch locations.
- Ensure policy and procedures are followed in accordance with company guidelines.
- Monitor and evaluate Branch Managers and Office Personnel to ensure corporate objectives are met regarding sales activity and business growth.
- Provide leadership through direction, coaching, and oversight to staff.
Requirements:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree or a minimum of five years of experience in business management and sales of multiple operating units.
