THE BASICS
Pay: $18/hr and up based on experience.
Schedule: You typically work from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Hours may vary depending on the project.

YOUR DAY
As our Heavy Equipment Operator - Laborer, you play a critical role in our various excavation and site utilities work. Safety and accuracy are your top priorities as you operate equipment like excavators, skid-steers, and bulldozers. You also help install utilities such as storm, water, and sanitary lines. Closely following the construction plans, you grade the site, dig holes, and carefully set pipes. You work closely with your team to ensure smooth and successful projects!
REQUIREMENTS
- Current valid driver's license
- English communication skills
- Motivation to succeed, dependable attitude, and strong work ethic
- Eagerness to grow with our company and build a long-term career
- Topcon GPS experience is a plus
- Willingness to obtain a CDL is a plus
Experience in a labor or heavy equipment operating position would be preferred but isn't required for this entry-level role. We will train the right candidate to succeed!
