Full-time Parts Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our parts team as a full-time parts representative. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, effectively engage with our parts department standard processes, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check in parts orders daily and distribute to the correct location or customer.
- Collaborate with the Parts Manager to ensure proper on-hand parts inventory meets customer demand while achieving desired inventory performance standards.
- Participate in ongoing inventory processes to maintain accurate inventory control.
Requirements:
- Prior parts experience in an agricultural dealership or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and fellow employees.
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
