What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Assistant position at JJ Real Estate?
1099 independent contractor position. I am looking for a motivated assistant, with the potential or interest of being a realtor now or in the future. Duties of the real estate assistant include social media marketing, business marketing, keeping database up to date, creating spreadsheets, confirming scheduled appointments, etc. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media marketing, canva design google email/spreadsheets/calendar/tasks list, mass emailing, etc. If you have previous experience in marketing, and or real estate, I'd like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful assistant will help the real estate broker achieve results and continue to grow the business.
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the brokers business
- Helps create new marketing content to stay top of mind of current clients and create new business.
- Orders office supplies and researches new deals and suppliers
Requirements:
- Proficient in social media marketing such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Proficient in tech overall such as google email, calendar, spreadsheets, etc.
- High school diploma
Candidates who have the following would be preferred, but the following is not required.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry in some aspect
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $500.00 per month
Expected hours: 8 – 10 per week
