Job Overview

As a Team Member at JJ’s Playhouse, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and engaging space for children and their families. This includes supervising play areas, assisting with parties and events, and ensuring that all guests follow playground guidelines. You'll play an essential role in providing a welcoming atmosphere and upholding the standards of our facility.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare the playground for the day, including cleaning all play areas (large play area, toddler zone, creative / sensory areas).
Restock and inspect restrooms for cleanliness and supplies.
Conduct safety checks on all play equipment, addressing or reporting hazards.
Set up party / event rooms for scheduled reservations.
Perform restroom cleaning, restocking supplies, and trash disposal.
Clean reception and play areas, including seating, benches, and surfaces.

General Responsibilities :

Greet guests warmly and ensure they are informed of playground rules.

Monitor play areas to ensure children’s safety and adherence to guidelines.

Assist with the setup and cleanup of birthday parties and events.

Follow cleaning and sanitization protocols throughout your shift.

Address customer questions, concerns, or issues professionally.

Familiarize yourself with and enforce safety rules, including waivers and playground guidelines.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience working with children or in customer service is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks (e.g., lifting supplies).

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed.

CPR certified is a plus, but not required
